Prize:
The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries who have answered the question correctly will be the winner of the prize. The prize is for the winner to have his/her rent or mortgage paid for one year (12 months) up to the value of £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds sterling). The prize also includes a cheque for £1,000 (one thousand pounds sterling) made payable in the name of the winner.
Entrants must have an existing mortgage in accordance with a valid written mortgage agreement in respect of a property located in the United Kingdom or be paying rent in accordance with a valid written tenancy agreement in respect of a property located in the United Kingdom, and have made all payments due at the time of entering the competition. The Promoter will not pay any mortgage arrears or unpaid rent existing at the time of entering into the competition.
The winner’s payment to be paid by the Promoter will be equivalent to 12 monthly payments calculated by reference to the current monthly payment being paid by the winner (such monthly payments not to be in any event any higher than £1,666.66 per month), and will include the following elements:
a) repayments of the capital sum; and/or
b) interest charges on the mortgage loan; and/or
c) payment of premiums due in respect of an endowment or similar insurance policy directly linked to the mortgage; or
d) the monthly rent payment as specified in the winner’s tenancy agreement. Where payments are weekly, the Promoter will make an appropriate re-calculation.
Payments will be calculated by the Promoter based on the winner’s existing monthly payments at the time of entry to the competition. In the event that the winner’s monthly payments increase at any time, the Promoter shall have no obligation to make any additional payments to cover any such increase.
The mortgage payments and/or rent payments must be for the winner’s main residence.
Where the winner has a joint mortgage, the Promoter will pay an amount calculated upon the full amount of the monthly payment due, and not just the winner’s share.
The Promoter shall require documentary evidence of any such mortgage or rent existing payments e.g. mortgage statements, bank statements, rent books etc. In the event that the winner is unable to provide the Promoter with such evidence to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the Promoter shall be entitled to disqualify the winner.
In the event that the winner’s mortgage or rent payments are not as described above (e.g. a current account mortgage such as a ‘Virgin One’), or if the winner’s mortgage or rental arrangements are not clearly identifiable from a mortgage agreement or tenancy agreement, then the Promoter shall decide in its sole discretion the amount to be paid to the winner based on any other evidence of mortgage or rent payments which can be given by the winner. In the event that the winner disagrees with the Promoter’s decision as to the amount to be paid by the Promoter the dispute shall be referred (at the Promoter’s cost) to an independent financial advisor, to be appointed by the Promoter, who shall decide upon the dispute and who’s decision shall be final and binding upon the Promoter and the competition winner.
The payment to be made by the Promoter shall be paid by cheque made out in the name of the winner and sent to the winner’s home address. Failure to provide an address for delivery of the prize may result in forfeiture of the prize.
The winner’s payment will be made within 28 days of the date of winning the competition.
No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given, and the prize is non-transferable and non-changeable. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes all other associated costs and expenses which may be incurred by the winner or which are related to the winner’s mortgage or rent.
The winner must be aged 18 years or over and may be required to provide proof of age and eligibility.
In the event that the winner does not, or is unable to comply with, and meet these terms and conditions, the Promoter shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify the winner, without any further liability to the winner.
The winner will be notified on the competition draw date. He/she will be contacted on the phone number they provided when entering the competition. The Promoter will not amend contact information provided once entry to the competition has been made. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery of the prize, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in the general competition terms and conditions, and elsewhere as applicable, may result in forfeiture of the prize. If they cannot be contacted, or are unable comply with these terms and conditions, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random and thereafter until a winner is found.Weight Loss - 102lb0 -

Anyone else had increasing trouble with these ITV comps and recognising your code?
[STRIKE] I've noticed after going back to the page simply click on the code and it will refresh again. You'll find the codes are accepted far more frequently than by going back to the page on it's own for some reason.[/STRIKE]
actually scrap that - seems it makes no difference and they just simply want to make it awkward!!“We are not interested in the fact that the brain has the consistency of cold porridge.” - Alan Turing (1912-1954)0 -
