Marvel as The Edge's guitar headstock pokes you in the eye and Bono's hairline recedes in real time! It's the first ever 3D rock concert movie and the stars are U2.

Shot in South America during U2's Vertigo tour by Catherine Owens and Mark Pellington – who have produced visuals for U2 tours since Zoo TV – it employs the largest collection of 3D camera technology ever assembled. The producers are promising an "immersive theatrical experience", and it's already been judged "authentically powerful" by film industry bible Variety, and they should know.

U2 3D is released nationwide on February 22 with preview screenings on February 21. We have ten pairs of tickets up for grabs for an exclusive screening on February 13 at the BFI Imax
