Terms and conditions

The draw is open to UK residential BT Broadband customers, aged 18 or over, other than employees of BT, its agencies or their families. Only one entry per household.
There is one first prize and 20 runners up prizes. All other expenses not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winners.
The prizes are subject to availability and non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered for the prize.
Entries must be made by completing and submitting the entry form above, on or before 9.00 am, 1st May 2008.
The winners will be picked at random by an independent person on 9th May 2008. Winners will be notified by 16th May 2008 and BT's decision is final. The promoter reserves the right to re-draw prizes if any of the prize-winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter's sole discretion).
A list of prize winners may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to Kate Simpson, Octane, 22nd floor Millbank Tower, Millbank, London SW1P 4RS on or before 31st May 2008.
The first prize includes the following: You will receive a seven-night/eight-day holiday for (4) four people to the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida including the following elements:
- Four return economy standard flights from any UK major airport
- Four round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and your Walt Disney World Resort
- Room accommodations (1) one standard room with a maximum of four (4) persons at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel for seven nights (7) nights, based on room only basis.
- Four seven-day PREMIUM Tickets with the Park Hopper and Water Parks Fun and More Option. This ticket includes park hopping for the MAGIC KINGDOM, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park for seven days. It also includes six (6) optional visits to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park, Disney's Blizzard Beach water park, Downtown Disney Pleasure Island, Disney Quest Indoor Interactive Theme Park OR Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex.

The prizewinner if under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the prizewinning holiday.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any delays, operational problems, brochure inaccuracies or other acts of default of the tour operator and/or airline.
Accommodations and airfare are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. No transfer or substitution of vacation elements will be permitted. Holiday does not include taxes, tips, gratuity, meals, services charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above.
The holiday needs to be taken by 31st April 2009.
The 20 runners up will each receive a copy of the 101 Dalmatians Disney film on DVD.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this prize draw or by the entrant's acceptance of the prize[, or any damage to any entrant's or other person's computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading any material relating to this promotion]. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
