1. Entry is open to residents of the U.K. aged 18 or over except for employees of ERA Member Restaurants, their families, their agencies and anyone directly linked with this promotion.

2. All entries must be in by 28th February 2008.

3.The draw will take place every Friday during the promotion. The winner will be informed by email within 14 days.

4. The competition will be won by 1 eligible person who has entered into the draw and also completed the entry form. 5. The winning entry will be drawn at random by the judge(s).

6. The decision of the judges will be final and binding and no correspondence can be entered into.

7. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost in transmission. Invalid e-mail addresses will not be accepted as entries to the competition and will be disregarded if submitted by entrants.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, rude or illegible entries.

9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for applications lost or for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay entry.
10. 'Dinner for Two' means a meal for two people taken at a date and time agreeable to both the restaurant and the prizewinner.

11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

12. The promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters. No correspondence will be entered into. Acceptance of these rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of these rules.

13. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
