No purchase is necessary to win and as an entrant, you have not yet won. Entries into the Celestion Gold Giveaway ("Giveaway") must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on deadline date here (the "Deadline"). The winners will be chosen within two weeks of the deadline, and will be notified by e-mail. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
The following prize will be awarded: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Celestion Gold 12-inch, Alnico magnet guitar speaker. The prizewinners preferred impedance shall be stated on the entry form. The prize is non-transferable.
Winners will be determined by a single random drawing of all valid entries received by the Deadline and the decision of Celestion International Ltd (“Celestion”) shall be final. You may obtain the name of the winner by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address above. Celestion reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this drawing should viruses, bugs, Internet failure or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the drawing.
All entrants who complete the registration form will be considered as participants.
Entrants must be at least 13 years of age. If a winner is a minor, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian, who is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, and that winner must also provide a signed parental or guardian consent form, provided by the sponsor, within 7 days of notification attempt. Failure of the minor to return the guardian consent form will result in the forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner, who will be chosen through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
The winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance within seven days of receipt; failure to do so upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. By acceptance of the prize, the winners agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received.
By entering the Giveaway, you (and, if you are a minor, your parents or legal guardians) release Celestion and any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
Employees, officers, and directors of GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their immediate families and those living in their households, are not eligible for entry.
The sponsor of the Giveaway is Celestion, Claydon Business Park, Great Blakenham, Ipswich IP6 0NL, UK. Celestion cannot be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, nor shall it be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner.
