Terms & Conditions
1) This competition is open to House of Fraser customers resident in the UK and aged 18 or over. Employees of House of Fraser, Hamleys, Hilton Hotels, The Tutankhamun exhibition or their associated companies are not permitted to enter, nor are their agents, family members of such employees or anyone connected with this promotion.
2) Only one entry per participant will be accepted and there is only one prize per household.
3) The closing date for this competition is 30th March 2008.
4) Any entries received after midnight on the above date will not be deemed valid and will not be included in the prize draw.
5) Entries will only be deemed valid if received via the official online submission box on this website. The promoter cannot accept responsibility for incomplete, delayed or lost entries.
6) The first prize is for one family comprising of two adults and two children under the age of 12 for a two-night stay in the The Waldorf Hilton Hotel in London and a family ticket to the Tutankhamun Exhibition at the O2. Travel and meals are not included.
7) 50 runners up will receive a Hamleys Pharaoh Bear.
8) The first prize accommodation must be booked in advance before 30th April 2008. The first prize winner will be given details on how to book their prize on winning.
9) The draw will take place on 4th April 2008 and will be supervised by an independent observer. The first prize winner will be the first eligible entry picked at random and the runners up will be the next 50 entries picked at random.
10) The winners will be contacted by email within 28 days of the closing date and must respond within 14 days of delivery of that email to claim their prize, otherwise an alternate winner will chosen and the original prize forfeited.
11) Prizes are non-changeable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
12) All prizes are subject to availability and House of Fraser and our agents reserve the right to substitute prizes of
comparable value.
13) The Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14) House of Fraser reserves the right to publicise the name and town of the winner.
15) For a list of winner(s) (name and town details only), please send an SAE to: Card Marketing, 5th Floor, House of Fraser, 1 Howick Place, London, SW1P 1BH, clearly marking the envelope with 'Hamleys Competition'.
16) By participating in this promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these rules. The promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
17) This competition is promoted by House of Fraser (Stores) Ltd, on behalf of Hamleys of London Ltd.
