1. To enter via e-mail you should send your full name, full address and telephone number to: [EMAIL="freeprizedraw@sit-up.tv"]freeprizedraw@sit-up.tv[/EMAIL] with 'Lucky in Love' in the subject box.
2. Lucky in Love runs from 18.01pm Monday 4th February 2008 until 01.00am Monday 18th February 2008. Last entries for the final draw at 01.00am Monday 18th February 2008 must be received no later than 12.40am Monday 18th February 2008.
3. Everyone who makes a purchase via telephone on price-drop tv, buys on www.price-drop.tv or enters via e-mail in time segment 1 (18.01pm – 18.40pm 4th February 2008), is entered into the free prize draw on the sit-up channel named price-drop tv at the end of time segment 1 (19.00pm). Everyone who purchases via telephone on price-drop tv, buys on www.price-drop.tv or enters via e-mail during time segment 2 (18.41pm – 19.40pm), is entered into the free prize draw at the end of time segment 2 (20.00pm) and so on until the final event at 01.00am Monday 18th February 2008. Every day from 4th Jan to 17th Feb all entrants from the 12.41am – 01.00am time segment will go into the 09.00am draw the following morning.
4. A pool of potential contestants will be drawn at random from all valid entries from each sell during the time segment (which includes all buyers and all email entries received in the applicable time segment). The first available contestant randomly picked from the list of potential contestants will be telephoned live on air, on the hour by price-drop tv to pick a 'love box'. Contestants may win a prize or may pick one of our 'Heartbreakers' a booby prize.
5. If the one person contacted, from the pool of potential contestants, does not answer another person on the selected list will be called and so on until an available winner is found.
6. Drawn contestants must speak on-air (via the telephone) to pick a box following a call back. The contestant will be asked to choose a number on a door to a box and whatever is in the box they pick is what they will receive subject to point 6.
7. sit-up channels reserves the right to replace any of the products picked with ones of equal value at our discretion should we deem this necessary.
8. No purchase is necessary.
9. To enter via e-mail you should send your full name, full address and telephone number to: [EMAIL="freeprizedraw@sit-up.tv"]freeprizedraw@sit-up.tv[/EMAIL] with 'Lucky in Love' in the subject box.
10. sit-up Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or illegible entries to the draw nor for any problems related to telephone networks/lines, computer systems or equipment, internet issues including traffic congestion. Proof of sending an e-mail will not be deemed proof of receipt. E-mails will be entered when they arrive and are time stamped at sit-up Ltd.
11. If you purchase on price-drop tv, but you do not wish to be automatically entered into the draw – contact us via email at [EMAIL="freeprizedraw@sit-up.tv"]freeprizedraw@sit-up.tv[/EMAIL] with 'Declined Lucky in Love Free Prize Draw' in the subject header and your name and full address in the body of the email and we will remove your details from the draw.
12. Prize(s): The winning prize(s) is the product named on the card behind the numbered door and inside the 'Box' the winner chooses at the time of winning. No alternative prize is offered subject to point 6. The prize(s) will be dispatched to the winners within 60 days of the end of the promotion period. (4th Feb-18th Feb 08).
13. sit-up Ltd. does not accept any liability for Prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or otherwise not validly received by you. It is the prize winner's liability and responsibility.
14. The Free Prize Draw prize winners will be available if you send a SAE to: sit-up Ltd, Lucky in Love, 179-181 the Vale, London W3 7RW.
15. All entrants must be UK resident, aged 18+.
16. The winner(s) may be required to become involved in future publicity and photographs of the winner(s) may be used in the press. Copyright of publicity will belong to sit-up Ltd.
17. There is no fee payable to you in respect of your involvement in the Free Prize Draw.
