Prize draw terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all prize draws and are in addition to any specific terms and conditions associated with each individual prize draw.

1. The prize draws are open to all readers aged 18 and over, except employees and the immediate families of Mazda, Redwood, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draws.
2. The closing date for receipt of all entries is 31 March 2008.
3. Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries.
4. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries that are incomplete, wrongly delivered, damaged or not received for whatever reason. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Prizes must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative to prizes will be offered and the prizes are not transferable. Value of prizes are correct at time of going to press.
5. Winners will be notified by post within 28 days of closing date.
6. If prizes have not been claimed within 3 months of the closing date a redraw will take place.
7. Winners will be the first entrants drawn at random by an independent person after the closing date.
8. Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
11. Winners' names and counties are available 28 days after closing date. Send an SAE to Redwood, 7 St Martin's Place, London WC2N 4HA.
12. The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this prize promotion.
