I'm pretty sure that anyone can enter - you go to the site, and you won't find it, but there is never a mention of it only being open to members. On the site, you can subscribe to get the weekly email, though - does anyone else have any thoughts?
I'd hate to be posting comps when I shouldn't be.
One thing I DO know is that membership of the cinema is separate (and very good value - I'm a life member).
