I like to pop in and see what they have from time to time - mostly get really nice outfits for the grandchildren and accessories. I have done their surveys before and like to give a good account of our local store which is really tidy, clean and organised unlike some of their branches which can be like a jumble sale. Got Mum a really nice designer handbag at Christmas (it was the exact colour, shape and size which she wanted - I think the designer label was wasted on her as she is 91)
