What to eat with a cup of tea

For people who don't want to put on any more weight, whay goes with a cup of tea that isn't fattening?

The usual accompaniments are all full of fat - biscuits, cake, chocolate etc.
Any sensible suggestions anyone?

i find that the cup of tea fills me up, so don't need anything to go with it, mind you, I have very large mugs in my house.

A rich tea buiscuit is very low in calories if you can just eat one!
    bye hoo
  • If you can stop at just one, a rich tea biscuit. A drink's too wet without one!

Failing that fruit, every time for me.

a hot cross bun or malt loaf (soreen),low fat not too bad cals,or how about a low calorie jam sandwich?
  • I'm dieting at the moment - low carb and it's REALLY working.

Unfortunately it means you have to forget everything you think you know about dieting. No caffeine, no milk, no low fat/low sugar anything (and definitely no biscuits, cakes or fruit).

Try replacing the tea and biscuits with a piece of cheese and some celery, or a small handful of brazil nuts. ;)

Like I say, it's working for me! :D
