For people who don't want to put on any more weight, whay goes with a cup of tea that isn't fattening?
The usual accompaniments are all full of fat - biscuits, cake, chocolate etc.
Any sensible suggestions anyone?

If you can stop at just one, a rich tea biscuit. A drink's too wet without one!
Failing that fruit, every time for me.:wave:0 -
a hot cross bun or malt loaf (soreen),low fat not too bad cals,or how about a low calorie jam sandwich?0

I'm dieting at the moment - low carb and it's REALLY working.
Unfortunately it means you have to forget everything you think you know about dieting. No caffeine, no milk, no low fat/low sugar anything (and definitely no biscuits, cakes or fruit).
Try replacing the tea and biscuits with a piece of cheese and some celery, or a small handful of brazil nuts.
Like I say, it's working for me!
