Cadbury's Creme Egg Challenge! (or any other easter bargains)

Options
We had a thread like this last year - really useful for creme egg addicts like me! Or just a useful thread to combine all offers

A challenge to find the cheapest place to buy creme eggs!

so far i can get them to 29p each - tesco 12 pack at £3.45 till the 4th March.

Can anyone better this?

  • Can't join the challenge as like many Bristolians who are disgusted over Cadburys decision to close the Keynsham factory which has been there since 1935 and losing over 500 jobs -i'm refusing to buy anything by Cadburys now!

    Part of the Furniture
I find Cadburys chocolate expensive, used to buy to 200g bars for around 90p a few years back then the health scare with there chocolate happened and the supermarkets wacked up the price to £1.40 in favour of their own-brand and it's not come down since.

Very true, its a disgrace. Can't believe they decided to close it, after so much protest aswell. There's always nestle eggs you can buy ;)
  • I prefer Galaxy anyway... boycotting Cadburys shouldn't be too hard!

Why don't the Creme Egg bars taste like the Creme Eggs???

I paid 45p yesterday (in Woolies), but I was desperate for a fix, so no room for money saving!!!

ooh - i saw 2 small packs of the minis for 75p - i promise i'm not addicted!
i do love the taste of the big eggs though - just the right amount of goo to chocolate - i think thats why the bars don't taste that good.
