1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, except employees and their immediate families of The Coca-Cola Company, Premier members, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. No purchase required, the winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
3. Only one entry per person. To enter, either text FANTA to 81025, drop your entry into the free prize draw box located in your local Premier store or enter online at https://www.premier-stores.co.uk. Bulk entries or entries sent via trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted. All text entries charged at standard network rate.
4. The competition closing date is 21.02.08
5. The first ten entries drawn will win a Nintendo Wii, complete with a Nintendo Wii sports game.
6. No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
7. Proof of sending is not accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, nor for any associated costs to claimants.
8. The winner will be notified by post within 28 days of the closing date.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
