2. This prize draw is open only to UK resident's aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Only entries completed on the iVillage.co.uk website entry form will be valid to enter the competition. Any application containing incorrect, misleading or illegible information will be invalid.
4. The competition is not open to employees of iVillage Limited and Marriott Hotels Ltd and any other relevant company or its associated companies.
5. The prize draw will take place on 15th February 2008
6. The winners will be informed by email within 15 days of the draw. The decision of the judges will be final.
7. The 5 name(s) that are drawn will win the following - a 2 night weekend break for two including breakfast based on 2 people sharing a room at a choice of over 60 Marriott, Renaissance & Courtyard hotels throughout the UK & Ireland plus £100 to spend during their stay
8. The winner's contract for the prizes with the Sponsor and not the Promoter and by entering the competition each competitor acknowledges that the Sponsor (and not the Promoter) is solely responsible and liable for the prize and that iVillage Limited, together with its officers, directors, employees and all affiliated entities of iVillage Limited (collectively the 'Promoter'), is held harmless from any claims, losses, damages resulting indirectly or directly from the competition, the activities or the Sponsor or any prize awarded. . The prize is subject to availability and is valid until 12 October 2008. The winner will receive Marriott incentive vouchers and will be responsible for booking the accommodation directly through Marriottredeemincentives.com.
9. Upon request, the winner's name and county shall be made available. Requests should be sent [EMAIL="cprocter&#64;email.ivillage.co.uk"]here[/EMAIL] titled "Request for winner's details" within 6 weeks of the close of the prize draw.
10. The Promoter will pass details of all the winners (including name and email address) to the Sponsor for the purposes of arranging delivery of the prizes. By entering this competition you hereby agree, should you win, to this information being released by the Promoter.
11. Your entry will be the property of iVillage and will not be returnable. By entering the competition, you agree that iVillage may print, publish, distribute, edit or otherwise use the contents of your entry and your name and county of residence in publicity in relation to the competition and/or iVillage.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to publicise the winner of the prize including the winner's name and county.
