- The promoter of all prize draws and competitions is Co-operative Insurance Society Limited (CIS) and The Co-operative Bank p.l.c. First Floor, PO Box 101, 1 Balloon Street, Manchester M60 4EP.
- Prize draws and competitions are open to UK residents of 18 years and over, excluding employees and immediate families of Co-operative Financial Services, CIS, The Co-operative Bank, smile, The Co-operative Group, Redwood, their agents or anyone professionally connected with these prize draws or competitions.
- The prize draw prizes consist of: ECOTOPIA VOUCHERS
or DIVINE CHOCOLATE HAMPER: Contents of hamper may vary from the photograph
or GREENFIBRES BEDDING - Only one entry per prize draw or competition per customer. No third party or bulk entries.
- Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatsoever reason.
- Prize draw telephone lines will be open 24 hours a day every day until midnight on the closing date.
- The closing date for receipt of all prize draw entries is 4 March 2008.
- Prizes must be accepted as offered. There are no cash alternatives.
- If prize draw prizes are not claimed within three months of closing date, a redraw will take place. Prize draw and competition winners will be notified by post within 28 days of the closing date.
- The promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. An independent person will draw the winning entries for the prize draws.
- Winners may be asked to participate in any post-event publicity. By entering into these prize draws, entrants agree to such participation and accept the other prize draw rules.
- CIS, The Co-operative Bank and Redwood reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
- Names and counties of winners can be obtained by sending an sae to Jenny Eary, CHANGE, Co-operative Financial Services (CFS), Marketing Department, 1 Balloon Street, Manchester M60 4EP, 28 days after the closing date.
- No purchase necessary.
