2. By entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Entries must be received not later than 2359 hours GMT on 14th February 2008. Yahoo! is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures or delays of any kind or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed, lost, late or damaged.
5. • Yahoo! will select 1 winner from amongst the complete entries on 14th February 2008. The winner will be notified via phone on or before the 28th February 2008. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. One winner will receive a free shoes for a year worth up-to £600 from Schuh. Five runners up will receive Penelope merchandise packs including scarf, skinny fit t-shirts, compact mirrors, and a pack of Haribo(Momentum. and/or GreenRoom Digital terms and conditions may also apply).
6. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners. If a winner cannot be contacted within one week of the relevant prize draw, his/her prize will revert to Yahoo!.
7. The prize will be sent by registered post or courier to the address provided by the winner. There will be no cash alternative. Yahoo! does not accept any responsibility for any failure by the postal service to deliver the prizes or the winner’s failure to accept delivery of his/her prize.
8. Yahoo! may use information relating to the prize draw for marketing or promotional purposes, including use of the winner’s name and likeness. Personal information of entrants will always be used in accordance with Yahoo!’s Privacy Policy, currently located at http://privacy.yahoo.com/privacy/uk.
9. Yahoo!’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. These terms and conditions and the prize draw are governed by the laws of England. Yahoo! may terminate these terms and conditions and the prize draw if it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond either’s reasonable control.
