    Eligibility Information
    1. Malaysia Airlines will run this Contest (“Contest”) from 13 December 2007 to 31 January 2008 (“Campaign Period”) and is opened to newly enrolled Enrich members; EXCEPT the
    following:
    1.1. Current Enrich members;
    1.2. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising and promotion agents) of Malaysia Airlines and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, brothers and
    sisters); and
    1.3. Individuals below the age of 18 years.
    2. With regards to participation in the Contest:
    2.1. New Enrich members who enrol to Enrich via the Online Enrolment Form, Physical Enrolment Form, or Call Centre between 12 November 2007 and 31 December 2007 will be
    eligible to participate in the Contest (“Eligible Participants”).
    2.2. Each Participant will need to answer two (2) simple multiple choice questions and complete a caption in less than 50 words.
    2.3. The 50th Participant for the day to answer both questions correctly will be declared the winner.
    2.4. Daily prizes will be determined by Enrich. Winners will not be able to choose his or her prize. All decisions made by Enrich are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
    3. Terms and Conditions for Daily Prizes:
    3.1. Prizes will be awarded at random for each daily winner.
    3.2. There will be fifty (50) daily prizes awarded throughout the campaign with one (1) winner selected each day and one (1) grand prize awarded at the end of the campaign.
    3.3. All prizes awarded are not exchangeable (either in cash or kind) and/or returnable. Enrich reserves the right to award daily prizes as it sees fit. All decisions made by Enrich are
    final and no correspondence will be entertained.
    3.4. Winners of daily prizes and grand prize will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of use for that particular Prize.
    4. Prize Terms and Conditions
    4.1. Free Travel (2 Economy Class Tickets)
    4.1.1. Travel won will be for travel to either of the following destinations, Macau, Phuket or Bali from Kuala Lumpur only.
    4.1.2. Travel will be for two (2) people on Economy Class aboard Malaysia Airlines.
    4.1.3. Free Travel Prizes will be awarded at random together with the other daily prizes.
    4.1.4. Winner may not request to change the destination or return the ticket for cash or kind. Free travel must be utilised within the validity period.
    4.1.5. Free Travel won excludes any taxes and/or fuel surcharges which the Winner may have to bear for utilising the Prize.
    4.2. Enrich Gold Membership
    4.2.1. Enrich Gold membership awarded will allow the Winner of this Prize to enjoy the full benefits and privileges of being an Enrich Gold member. Member will be entitled to full
    access to all the privileges and benefits as a normal Enrich Gold member.
    4.2.2. The Enrich Gold membership will be valid from 1 January 2008 until 31 March 2009, after which in order to maintain the Enrich Gold membership, member must re-qualify by
    earning 50,000 Elite Miles or 60 Elite Sectors within one (1) calendar year, example; 1 January 2008 – 31 December 2008.
    4.2.3. In the event that the member does not re-qualify for Enrich Gold, their membership will be reclassified to Enrich Silver in the following year and similarly membership status will
    be reclassified to Enrich Blue in the third year if status is not maintained at Enrich Silver.
    4.2.4. Prize is not transferable and will only be issued in the name and membership account of the selected Winner.
    4.3. Enrich Silver Membership
    4.3.1. Enrich Silver membership awarded will allow the Winner of this Prize to enjoy the full benefits and privileges of being an Enrich Silver member. Member will be entitled to full
    access to all the privileges and benefits as a normal Enrich Silver member.
    4.3.2. The Enrich Silver membership will be valid from 1 January 2008 until 31 March 2009, after which in order to maintain the Enrich Silver membership, member must re-qualify by
    earning 25,000 Elite Miles or 20 Elite Sectors within one (1) calendar year, example; 1 January 2008 – 31 December 2008.
    4.3.3. In the event that the member does not re-qualify for Enrich Silver, their membership will be reclassified to Enrich Blue in the following year.
    4.3.4. Prize is not transferable and will only be issued in the name and membership account of the selected Winner.
    4.4. Temptations Inflight Shopping Vouchers
    4.4.1. Vouchers will be awarded in value of RM100 and RM200 to the identified Winner of this Prize.
    4.4.2. Vouchers won are not exchangeable for cash and can only be used for purchases made from the Temptations catalogue either in-flight or at the Temptations Showcase, Level 1,
    Bangunan MAS, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
    4.4.3. At time of use, the person using the Voucher must present either:
    a. Their passport or NRIC
    b. Their Enrich membership card
    4.4.4. Vouchers are transferable; however, the person using the Voucher must be an Enrich Member.
    4.4.5. In a case where the full value of the Voucher is not utilised, no refund of cash or Enrich Miles will be given.
    4.4.6. Winner’s are advised to check their Vouchers upon acceptance of delivery and must inform Enrich Customer Service immediately if the Vouchers are found to be damaged.
    Damaged Vouchers will only be reissued if they are returned to Enrich within seven (7) working days of receipt of delivery by Member. Damaged Vouchers should be returned to: Enrich
    Customer Services Centre, 1st Floor Bangunan MAS, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
    4.4.7. Lost, stolen, misplaced or illegible Vouchers will be deemed void and will not be re-issued.
    4.4.8. Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. The validity of a Voucher cannot be extended. Vouchers once expired are void and the validity date cannot be
    extended.
    4.5. Golden Lounge KLIA International Access Voucher
    4.5.1. Vouchers will entitle the Winner to access the Golden Lounge in KLIA for international departures.
    4.5.2. Vouchers won are not exchangeable for cash and can only be used for access to the Golden Lounge in KLIA.
    4.5.3. At time of use, the person using the Voucher must present either:
    a. Their passport or NRIC
    b. Their Enrich membership card
    4.5.4. Vouchers are transferable; however, the person using the Voucher must be an Enrich Member.
    4.5.5. Winner’s are advised to check their Vouchers upon acceptance of delivery and must inform Enrich Customer Service immediately if the Vouchers are found to be damaged.
    Damaged Vouchers will only be reissued if they are returned to Enrich within seven (7) working days of receipt of delivery by Member. Damaged Vouchers should be returned to: Enrich
    Customer Services Centre, 1st Floor Bangunan MAS, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
    4.5.6. Lost, stolen, misplaced or illegible Vouchers will be deemed void and will not be re-issued.

    4.6. 10,000 Enrich Miles
    4.6.1. Winner for the 10,000 Enrich Miles will have the miles credited directly into their Enrich membership account. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the crediting of the Enrich Miles won.
    4.6.2. Enrich Miles won are valid for the year in which they are earned plus an additional three (3) years and will expire at the end of the third year. For example, Enrich Miles earned
    between the period of 1st January – 31 December 2008 will expire 31st December 2011.
    4.6.3. Enrich Miles which have expired may not be extended. Enrich Members are advised to redeem their Enrich Miles prior to the expiry of their Enrich Miles.
    4.7. Langham Hotels International Limited 3D/2N Packages
    4.7.1. Langham Hotels 3 days / 2 nights packages awarded to the Winner will be at one of the following hotel locations.
    a. Langham Hotel London
    b. Langham Hotel Melbourne
    c. Langham Hotel Auckland
    d. Langham Hotel Hong Kong
    e. Langham Place Hotel, Mongkok, Hong Kong
    f. Eaton Hotel, Hong Kong
    4.7.2. Each hotel package Complimentary Room Night Voucher/Certificate for Langham Hotel is valid for one (1) free Standard Guest Room night at the participating hotel. Each
    Winner will receive two (2) Voucher/Certificate to redeem for the three (3) days and two (2) nights stay.
    4.7.3. To redeem for free stay, prior room reservation must be made via the respective hotel's reservation office directly. The bearer is required to indicate his/her intention to utilise the
    voucher/certificate at the time of reservation.
    4.7.4. The use of the voucher/certificate is subject to space availability of the Hotel and cannot be used during black out dates as defined by the Hotel from time to time.
    4.7.5. The original voucher/certificate must be presented and surrendered to the Hotel upon check-in.
    4.7.6. The voucher/certificate is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    4.7.7. Any additional/incidental charges incurred by the member such as IDD/DD telephone, Food & Beverages, mini bar, tobacco, laundry etc. Additional costs will be borne by the
    member.
    4.7.8. The voucher/certificate is only valid when it bears the authorized signature format and with valid company chop from Enrich. Please check your voucher/certificate upon receipt
    and ensure that the voucher/certificate has the official signature and company chop, is legible and not damaged in anyway. Damaged Vouchers will only be reissued if they are
    returned to Enrich within seven (7) working days of receipt of delivery by Member. Damaged Vouchers should be returned to: Enrich Customer Services Centre, 1st Floor Bangunan MAS,
    Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
    4.7.9. Vouchers/certificates are valid up until 30 June 2008 from the date of issuance and are non transferable.
    4.8. Impiana Hotels Resorts Management 3D/2N Packages
    4.8.1. Impiana Hotels 3 days / 2 nights packages awarded to the Winner will be at one of the following hotel locations.
    a. Impiana Phuket Cabana Resort & Spa
    b. Impiana Cherating Resort
    c. Impiana KLCC Hotel & Spa
    4.8.2. Hotel package Voucher/Certificate for Impiana Hotels Resorts is valid for one (1) free Superior Deluxe Room at Impiana Cherating Resort and Impiana KLCC. Voucher/certificate
    for Impiana Phuket Cabana Resort & Spa is valid for one (1) free Deluxe Room. Each Winner will receive two (2) Voucher/Certificate to redeem for the three (3) days and two (2) nights
    stay.
    4.8.3. To redeem for free stay, prior room reservation must be made two (2) weeks in advance via the respective hotel's reservation office directly. The bearer is required to indicate

    4.10. Grand Prize
    4.10.1. Grand Prize Winner will be selected at the end of the campaign. All successful new enrolments to Enrich will be eligible to win the Grand Prize.
    4.10.2. Only one (1) Grand Prize of 100,000 will be given away for this Campaign.
    4.10.3. Winner for the Grand Prize will be selected based on the most creative caption submitted.
    4.10.4 Winner of the Grand Prize will be determined by Enrich based on submitted captions. All decisions made by Enrich are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
    General terms and conditions
    1. A New Member can only enrol to Enrich once. Should a new member submit multiple enrolment forms, only the first valid form received by Enrich will be deemed applicable. All
    subsequent enrolment forms from the New Member will be rejected.
    2. Membership to Enrich will be valid for the entire lifetime of the New Member. There will be no monthly or annual membership fee levied onto the New Member throughout the
    duration of the membership.
    3. If this promotion is interfered in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Malaysia Airlines, then
    Malaysia Airlines reserves the right, in its full discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any enrolment; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion,
    as appropriate.
    4. All enrolments submitted by a New Member become the property of Malaysia Airlines.
    5. Malaysia Airlines collects personal information in order to conduct enrolments, and may, therefore disclose such information to third parties. Malaysia Airlines may, for an indefinite
    period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the New Member

    I no longer do students' passport applications because of the info I have to submit, and I am CERTAINLY not going to give it out for a comp.
