The Prize: 2 Manchester Ship Canal Cruise tickets for one of the scheduled Mersey Ferries sailings during 2008. This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. This competition is not open to employees of Mersey Ferries, Spaceport, Merseyside Passenger Transport authority and /or Executive, any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition or their direct family members. Mersey Ferries reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and reserve the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in our absolute discretion. No purchase is necessary. The promotional period is 7/12/07 - 31/03/08. Prize draw entry will close at 6pm on 31/03/08. The winner will be chosen at random and informed via email on 7/04/08. The winner will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize by email before 19/04/08. If the prize is unclaimed or declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoters discretion and the winner will be notified by email. Bookings must be made a minimum of 2 weeks before the proposed date of travel and are subject to availability. The prize does include return bus transfer at the end of the cruise to take passengers back to where they joined the cruise. Tickets must be booked through Mersey Ferries. Prizes are not transferable and are non negotiable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. This promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions.
