Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

This prize draw is open to all new subscribers to the Spiralling newsletter, aged 16 or over. New means people who have not previously subscribed to the newsletter. You do not need to buy anything to enter.
Entry is based on a valid email address being supplied. Entry must be completed by 31 March 2008.
You will receive an email confirming you subscription to the newsletter. If subscription is cancelled before the closing date of the draw, the entry will be removed from the prize draw.
Only one entry per household. Third party registrations will not be accepted. any order or enquiry form on this website.
The draw will be made on 7 April 2008.accessing and using this website by means of software products enabling Internet connection.
There is one prize of one "Sacred Sculpture" to be won, value not exceeding £70.00.
The winner will be drawn at random and will be notified by email within 72 hours of the draw taking place.
The winner will be entitled to select their prize from the following sculptures, as displayed on the Spiralling Meditation and Sound Therapy website: "Source (24cm)" and "Herne -Stag (25cm)". The winner will also select the colour of the sculpture from those listed on the website.
Upon choosing their prize, the winner must also supply their full postal address for delivery of the prize. Failure to do so will within 14 days of notification of the win will invalidate the win and no prize will be delivered.
No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable.
The winner will also be announced in the first newsletter following the draw taking place.
By entering this draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The company undertakes that all products are of suitable quality for purpose.

You can choose between these 2 sculptures if you win -I don't think I'll be entering this one myself, as they don't quite go with my decor - thanks for posting though
