14" Widescreen TFT Monitor £60 online & in-store

What's the deal?

High st. electronics store Maplin has 14" flat-panel computer monitors for £59.99. Whilst 14" is pretty small by modern standards, it's a good price and worthwhile for those with space constraints.

The screen features:
  • 1280 x 800 (WXGA) resolution
  • Built-in speakers (though hardly top quality)
  • VGA input only
How can I get one?

Take a look at it on the Maplin Website and decide if it's for you. You can either order it directly from the site (postage is free on orders over £35), or use its stock checker to see if there's stock in your local branch for pickup.

Shave a little more off the price

Sign up to receive Maplin's newsletter and you'll also receive money-off vouchers including a £3 one, cutting the price of the monitor to £57 if you're buying it in-store.

Anything else?

According to Maplin, this offer's due to finish on the 22nd Jan, so if you want one go soon.

  • Less-than-helpful staff at Maplins, Hammersmith say they've never heard of it. Does anyone have a code number? They seem powerless without one!
