In 1998, Rich Hall, the grouchy, deadpan comic famous for making the David Letterman Show funny, created Otis Lee Crenshaw, a redneck jailbird from Tennessee, who's been married seven times, all to women named Brenda. Having won the coveted Perrier Award for his genius comic creation, Rich Hall will now be bringing Otis and his hilarious show to the UK this February and March.
