order to enter the selection process, you should complete an entry form at https://www.neutrogenauk.co.uk and submit it by 5p.m. on 16/03/08 ("Closing Date"). The Promoter is not responsible for delays in entries reaching it caused by technological or other delays which interrupt the transmission of those entries.
This promotion is open to residents of the UK who are over 18 years of age and hold a valid passport. Passports must be valid for a period of at least eight months after date of return to UK. It is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Johnson & Johnson Limited, the Red Consultancy or any other agent involved in the administration of this promotion.
2 Prizes

There are five unique travel experiences to be awarded are:
A) A tale of three cities – A two-week trip to Egypt, India and China to explore the cities of Cairo, Delhi and Tianjin, with a professional local guide.
Island hopping in the Arctic: –A two-week tour of the islands of northern Norway, deep within the arctic circle, activities include a winter safari to spot reindeers and polar bears in their natural habitat, sea-fishing with Norwegian Fishermen and exploring Viking life in Nordland.
C) Ceylon and Celebrations in Sri-Lanka –A two-week tour of Sri-Lanka includes a visit to Kandy for the Esala Perahera festival before transferring to the Peradeniya (tea-country), returning to Kandy to depart.
D) Planes, trains and automobiles through Canada –A tour of Canada’s west coast taken by rail, motorcoach and ferry. Departing from Vancouver, via the Rockies, Bow Lake and Icefields Parkway before returning to Vancouver.
E) A culture-vultures guide to Europe –A two-week European rail adventure, departing from London and staying for three nights in each of the following cities: Paris, Venice, Rome and Milan.
Each Journey includes, for the winner of the respective Journey only: economy class flights, accommodation, meals and travel insurance, any transfers in the country or countries where the Journey takes place and the services of a tour guide. Any special equipment required for any of the Journey will be provided by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace any Journey with a similar prize of equivalent value, in the event that a Journey is unavailable or is prevented for a reason outside the control of the Promoter.
3 Health requirements

Entrants should be fit and healthy due to the nature of some of the activities in which they will be participating during their Journey. The Promoter is not responsible for any injuries which may be sustained by the winners in taking part in the Journey unless such injuries are caused by its negligence.
As a condition of being selected to undertake a Journey, entrants may be required to undergo a medical examination paid for by the Promoter. Winners will also be required to undergo a dermatological consultation at the Leeds Skin Centre of Applied Research, before and after their Journey.
4 Selection Process

After the Closing Date, the Promoter will create a shortlist of potential candidates based on the entry forms received by the Closing Date. As part of the selection process, those shortlisted candidates will be required to travel to a London location to be interviewed (the “Interview Day”). Shortlisted candidates will be notified by post, email or phone by 16/04/08. In the event that a shortlisted candidate cannot travel to London on the relevant date, they will forfeit their chance to be selected to be awarded a Journey and an alternate entrant shall be selected for interview. The Promoter may consider an alternative date for the interview but shall be under no obligation to do so. Shortlisted candidate shall be responsible for their travel costs to the Interview Day.
A judging panel will select the winner of each Journey from the shortlisted candidates. The winners will be notified by post, email or phone by 30/04/08. In the event that a winner cannot undertake their Journey or is deemed by a doctor to be unsuitable to undertake the Journey, they will forfeit their prize and an alternate shortlisted candidate shall be selected by the Promoter.
Those selected should be able to travel on their respective Journey between 01/06/08 and 04/08/07. No alternative dates are available.
5 Winners' responsibilities

Winners are responsible for arranging and paying for return travel between their homes and the UK airport from which they depart for their Journey.
Winners undertake not to do anything to bring the reputation of the Promoter or any of its brands into disrepute. If a winner breaches this undertaking, their Journey may be terminated with immediate effect.
Winners shall be responsible for assessing whether the travel insurance provided as part of the prize is sufficient for their needs. In the event that they want to obtain additional cover e.g. for personal belongings, they shall do so at their cost.
The winners shall be advised on recommended vaccinations required for their respective Journey and the Promoter will arrange for a GP to provide the vaccinations. Each winner shall be responsible for ensuring that they have had the appropriate vaccinations prior to taking their Journey. The Promoter cannot accept liability for any injury caused as a result of not having a recommended vaccination.
Winners shall undertake self-administered skin tests during their Journey and provide the results to the Promoter’s nominated agent.
Winners shall keep in regular contact with the Promoter’s nominated agent during their Journey and to maintain and submit at required intervals any requested information, including without limitation: a diary of their Journey, photographs and video footage.
Winners agree to sign any documents necessary to assign all right title and interest in the copyright and any other intellectual property rights in their diary, photographs and video footage to the Promoter.
Winners agree that they shall be obliged to take part in publicity events associated with the prize. By entering, entrants acknowledge that they will attend a media event and provide the Promoter’s agent with biographical information and photographs which may be used for publicity purposes (in any media) without the need for further consent or payment.
6 General

A Journey is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives available.
The Promoter shall bear the costs of the skin consultations for winners and reasonable travel expenses to media or other promotional events, for which receipts must be provided.
Any personal information, including without limitation, an entrant’s name, address, age telephone number, email address and other data on the entry form will only be used in connection with this promotion and will not be disclosed to any third party, except for the purpose of administering this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who do not meet any of the entry criteria. The Promoter will have final say on any dispute over the application of these rules. No correspondence regarding the results of the draw will be entered into.
