The world's most famous and most colourful road race will be run in the capital this spring - and The Londoner is offering readers the chance to take part.
We have teamed up with the Flora London Marathon to offer two lucky readers the chance to run in the marathon, which takes place on Sunday, 13 April.
The London Marathon started in 1981, and each year tens of thousands of people complete the gruelling 26.2-mile course.
Last year, Martin Lel from Kenya won the men's race and Chunxiu Zhou from China won the women's.
The marathon route passes famous landmarks across the capital and those who take part include fun runners with crazy costumes, celebrities and more serious club runners. The Londoner has two places to give away - one in the men's race and the other in the women's.
How to enter the Marathon:
You don't need to be a professional runner to take part, but, if you do win a place, you are strongly encouraged to follow the official training advice. There is also a support group for marathon first-timers.
If you aren't lucky enough to win, you might still be able to qualify for one of the official charity places.
The marathon is the biggest fundraising event in the world and this year's official charity is the Spinal Injuries Association.
