If your entry is chosen from a shortlist by a panel of judges then you and your family will be off to Sri Lanka. Your trip will include:

• The prize is space for a family of four (two adults and two children) on one departure of Explore’s Elephant Odyssey tour to Sri Lanka as detailed on p62 of the 08/09 Explore Family Adventures brochure. (web ref FSL – see explore.co.uk).
• Additional family members can be booked on to the trip through our standard booking procedures and at the published rate, subject to availability
• The prize holiday is subject to availability and must be taken before the end of August 2009.
• The prize is not transferable, amendable or redeemable for cash.
• The total prize value includes the basic tour price as published on the Explore website at time of booking and any additional airline fuel surcharges or supplements applicable at time of booking.
• Holiday inclusions: return flights from London, ground transfers, accommodation, some meals, the services of a tour leader, local guides and drivers as detailed on the trip dossier – available on our website.
• The winner will be liable for some meals, insurance, vaccinations and visa costs where applicable and as detailed on the trip dossier or on explore.co.uk.
• Insurance is mandatory on all Explore tours
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
• If the prize tour is cancelled for any reason by Explore, the winner can transfer to a new available tour, but a cash alternative will not be offered. However a transfer will be solely at Explore’s discretion if the original booking is cancelled by the winner.
• The winner can extend their tour prize or combine their tour with another tour, when they pay any excess costs.
