This offer is open to residents of the UK, CI, IoM and ROI aged 18 years or over only and excludes employees (and their families) of 3M United Kingdom PLC, their agencies or any other company or person professionally connected with the promotion.
This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. No consumer groups or third party applications accepted.
For every valid purchase of recycled Post-it® Note Tower Packs, Recycled Canary™ Yellow Post-it® Note Packs, Recycled Pastel Rainbow Post-it® Note Packs, and Scotch® Magic™ Tape Value Packs, customers will get the chance to plant a tree, and enter a free prize draw to win a Smart car (Participants will be required to successfully answer a question of skill as a precondition of winning a prize).
To plant a tree, customers must visit post-it.co.uk/getsmart, and input the unique code printed inside the on-pack sticker. For each code entered, a donation will be made to carbon clear who will arrange for a tree to be planted. Trees will be planted in Kenya, and will be nurtured for 30 years. A confirmation email will be sent to all customers who enter a valid email address.
Each code can only be entered once. Following entry, each code becomes invalid. Incomplete or indecipherable entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. All entries are subject to verification. Unlimited entries per person per day are permitted providing each new entry is accompanied by a new code.
Only online participation is allowed. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or which are corrupted in any way or by any means. No consumer groups or third party applications accepted.
Entrants will also receive the opportunity to opt-in to a monthly draw for the chance to win a Smart car. Customers that opt-in to the prize draw will be entered into the next monthly prize draw. There are three individual draws, closing on 28.02.08; 31.03.08; 29.04.08. Entries received will only be entered into the draw for the month during which it is received. Following each draw, all entries received during the previous hours/days will be deleted.
Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and will be notified within 3 days of each closing date.
There is a car to be won in each draw. Each will be a new Smart fortwo coupe pure (61 Bhp, standard colour, no optional extras, right hand drive). No cash or other prize alternatives are available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar alternative of equal or greater value.
No purchase necessary for the chance to win a Smart car. Customers should send a postal application to include name, address and email address to 3M Get Smart campaign, FREEPOST MR 9710, Manchester, M2 9RE. The same draw dates apply. No purchase necessary does not apply to 'plant a tree' offer.
A list of winners' names and counties is obtainable from the following address 14 days after the final promotional draw date on receipt of an SAE: 3M Get Smart WINNERS, FREEPOST MR 9710, Manchester, M2 9RE.
The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners may be requested to participate in publicity arising from the promotion.
Employees should check their contract of employment for eligibility to apply and where necessary seek permission from their employers or senior managers in order to participate.
Any tax liability arising from the prizes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions and promotional instructions is a condition of entry. Retain these terms and conditions for future reference.

So, for the NPN route, we should (theory has it) send in our names 3 times, now, then after 28th feb and then after 31st March? Is that what everyone does? (just clarifying!)

Yes, I think so - it says the same draw dates apply for the NPN route.
