hi, I thought this might be useful
It's a guide to household expenses that the Inland Revenue use
to assist people needing time to pay and is based on info from the National Statistics office. It's what I am using to complete my forms so hope it helps

It is a very useful starting point.
If anything though, the OR's tend to be a little more generous than HMRC.
