You could win a copy of the first published history of Corinthian FC for over 70 years...
Founded in 1882 to improve the flagging fortunes of the English international team, the Corinthian FC went to become the most famous amateur football club in the world. Responsible for spreading the beautiful game to all four corners of the globe, the team travelled to such far-flung places as North America, South Africa and Europe. This remarkable team was responsible for the destruction of some major clubs including an 8-1 win over FA Cup winners Blackburn Rovers in 1884 and a record breaking 11-3 defeat of Manchester United in 1904. Featuring all the facts and scandals that surrounded this unique side, Rob Cavallini recalls the fascinating history of this much forgotten team.
