1 To enter
From 1st November 2007 to 31st March 2008, you can enter the free bedding competition by completing and submitting the form on the easicattle website www.easicattle.co.uk.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries must be received by no later than 5pm on 31st March 2008. By submitting their entry, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. [Entries through agents or third parties will be invalid.]

2 Winner announcement
The winner will be announced on the easicattle website www.easicattle.co.uk by no later than 30th April 2008. The winner will be notified personally as soon as practicable either before or after this date.

3 Eligibility
The competition is open to all United Kingdom and Channel Island residents aged 18 or over as at the Start Date, except those who at any time between the Start Date and the date on which the winner is selected (inclusive) are employees of G I Hadfield & Son Ltd ('the Promoter'), any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.

4 Validity
There is a limit of one entry per farm. To be valid, each entry must be completed legibly and all required fields on the form must be completed. Submissions will only be accepted in electronic format. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost or delayed in transmission. Correspondence will be entered into only at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.

5 To win
Each fully completed entry form will be placed in the easicattle draw. The draw will take place after March 31st 2008 and before April 15 th 2008. One winning entry will be selected at random.

6 The prize
The prize is up to a maximum of 50 tonnes of easicattle bulk to be delivered to one address and must be taken before 30 th April 2009. The prize is exclusive of the cost of haulage. The Promoter may, at the winner’s request and cost, arrange haulage. If haulage is provided by the Promoter the cost of haulage shall be paid by the winner before delivery. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion substitute cash value for the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

7 Winner publicity
Entrants accept that if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.

8 Entries
All entries will become the property of the Promoter on its receipt of them and will not be returned. Entrants hereby assign to the Promoter all worldwide copyright and like rights in their entries and waive all moral rights.

9 Winning entry details
The name of the winner will be sent to anyone who writes within three months after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to Hadfield Wood Recyclers, Lumm Farm, Littlemoss, Droylsden, Manchester M43 7LB, requesting details of the winning entry.

10 Data privacy
The Promoter would like to keep entrants informed of the Promoter's similar products and services by email, post and/or telephone.
