What type of portrait is "charlie"?

Is the dog a:-

1.head & shoulders study in pastel

2. head & shoulders study in oils:D:D

3. full body portrait in pastel

4. full body portrait in oils?

  My cousin has got a King Charles Cavalier (or whatever these dogs are called) and his name is Charlie - must be a sign!
