WIN A HANDS-ON COOKERY COURSE



New Year is a great time to think about learning something new, and whatever your level, The Cookery School will have a course to inspire you.
A foodie haven located in the heart of the London's West End, Cookery School's approach to food is simple, fun, modern and imaginative. Rosalind Rathouse and her team aim to demystify cooking, inspire confidence and help pupils hone and develop their kitchen skills, whatever their level.
Hands-on consumer classes run throughout the year and focus on a different style of cuisine or ingredients such as British, the Basque region, seafood or chocolate. Learning to prepare a typical British menu could include Chicken liver pate, fish pie and spinach, individual sticky toffee puddings. The light bite is hot smoked mackerel with horseradish new potatoes.
Once the cooking is complete pupils can enjoy the fruit of their labours, with a sit down lunch or dinner complete with complementary wines.
