Vienna Competition terms

The closing date is 15th January 2008. The competition is open to UK residents only.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over, except All Bar One staff and employees of subsidiary companies or of any organisation connected with the competition. Holiday prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Only one entry per person. The judges' decision is final and binding. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners will be notified within 4 weeks of the closing date by e-mail.
Entry into the competition

• It is a condition of the competition that you provide a valid email address.
• The Competition is to enter a Prize Draw to win a Drinks & Tapas Party for 10 people up to the value of £200. We will endeavour to meet your demands of a suitable time and date but there will be certain times and dates that we will not be able to meet.
• All Bar One respects your privacy. Accordingly All Bar One does not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party without your consent. Unless otherwise stated, information given to All Bar One may be shared with other subsidiary companies within the Mitchells & Butlers Group.
• All Bar One may ask for your personal information (name, address, email address and telephone number) so that we can keep in contact with you for marketing purposes (exciting offers and promotions) and so that we can understand your needs as a customer.
• From time to time, All Bar One will use this information for market research and statistical analysis, and to enable us to send you information about other All Bar One offerings that we think you may be interested in.
• We may also like to share information about you with other Mitchells & Butlers brands or concepts that it currently has or may develop in the future, either on our own or with others. We believe that these additional uses may be of benefit to you, but we understand that you may not wish us to use your information in this way. Therefore we will not use your information for the purposes set out below if you have indicated that you do not wish us to when submitting your information. Also, if at any time you wish us to stop using your information for any or all of the purposes above, please let us know and we will endeavour to stop using your information as soon as reasonably possible.
• Any information that you give us is held with the utmost care and security. It will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Who is eligible to enter?

• The promotion is open to everyone who is 21 and over and a resident of Great Britain.
• In addition to presenting a valid voucher, you may be required to provide the promoter or the promoter’s authorised agent with proof of age prior to the release of the product.
• The promotion is not open to employees of the promoter and their immediate families or to its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

• The promoter reserves the right to amend the prize or the rules of the promotion, at the promoter’s sole discretion, where reasonably necessary.
• The promoter reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.
