Downloading music to MP3 player

I got a new MP3 player cor Christmas, and want to download some music. Anyone know which are the best websites, and do they need to be secure as I am routing them through my laptop

    1. It's only legal in Russia
    2. It contravenes UK copyright law if you buy from the UK
    3. It's completely against forum rules to link to or discuss russian mp3 sites.

If you want legal downloads then it depends on what you want. If you want individual tracks then anything like hmv, tesco etc are all about the same price. Something like wippet might be better if you want lots where you pay a subscription and download as much as you want. If you're interested in albums then it's cheaper usually (and better quality) to buy the CDs and rip them to PC.

  • Oops . . . sorry!
  • You can always head over to myspace and check artists - They always offer free sample tracks and some are very good. Check some rising talent out.
