    I thought it worth mentioning that Brabinta have amazing customer service, and everything has a lifetime guarantee. I cracked the black plastic surround, phoned them and get a brand new lid and surround delivered free.
    Not the cheapest bins in the world, but worth it. This is an amazing price for a pair of them.

    Just a quick question - what number did you call for CS? I have emailed an not had a reply and that was a few weeks ago. The lid on my 30 litre bin has broken and will no longer close.

    Keep emailing them, I emailed a couple of times and it did take awhile but I actually got a free replacement lid when mine broke.
