I have a lovely pair of.....

coconuts.... well to be precise I have 4 of them. I helped out at the Coconut Shy at my daughter's school fair on Saturday (raised loads and loads of money for the school!:j ) and at the end of the day, we were allowed to take some of the remaining coconuts home! I have eaten half of one, but how can I store the rest to use for the future and what can I do with them? Have never used fresh coconut before (pathetic really) Any help would be wonderful.

    To store don't crack them open!
    Fresh coconut is great in a fresh fruit salad, you wouldn't believe it but it really works, espeically with strawberries & pineapple:D
