Terms and Conditions

1. The first prize consists of one Nintendo Wii and a copy of Smackdown Vs Raw 2008 Wii game. 10 Runner-up prizes consist of 1 copy of Smackdown Vs Raw 2008 Wii game.
2. The competition is open to all UK residents, excluding employees (or their families) of THQ and Tesco. To enter,you email your responses by 20th January 2008.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. The winning entry will be chosen at random from all submitted pre-orders after the competition closing date of 20th January 2008.
5. The draw will be held on 22nd January 2008 and the winners will be the first entries drawn.
6. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
7. Competition entrants must be 16 years and over by 20th January 2008.
8. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.
9. Prizes are subject to availability and events may occur which delay or render the delivery of the prizes impossible, due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and/or Transworld, who may, at their absolute discretion, vary, amend, suspend or withdraw the prizes with or without notice.
10. Prize winners will be notified in writing within 5 days of the competition end date. A list of winners and the winning entries will be available after the closing date of 20th January 2008 by sending an S.A.E to the competition address - Nintendo Wii Competition, Tesco Stores Limited, Flr 1, Pillar F, Cirrus C, Shire Park, Welwyn Garden City, Herts AL7 1ZR.
11. Winners must agree to their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes.
12. Copyright in all material submitted as entries rests with the promoter.
