1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited, Air New Zealand and Classic New Zealand Wine Trail, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Entries must be submitted via www.telegraph.co.uk/promotions and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Classic New Zealand Wine Trail Winner, Telegraph Promotions Department, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between January 16 and February15, 2008.

4. All entries must be received by midnight on Tuesday, January 15, 2008.

5. The winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw.

6. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.

7. One entrant will win a seven night holiday for two to New Zealand following the Classic New Zealand Wine Trail tour through the regions of Marlborough, Wellington, Wairarapa, Tararua and Hawke's Bay. The prize includes: accommodation, based on two people sharing a twin or double room; some meals, as stated in the itinerary; return economy class flights on Air New Zealand, any necessary internal flights; and seven days hire of a mid-range car.

The prize winner is responsible for fuel costs during car-hire and compulsory New Zealand Departure Taxes.

The prize does not include travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs other than those stated. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.

8. The prize is not valid for the following dates January 16-31, 2008, March 17-28, 2008, August 1-25, 2008 and December 7, 2008 - January 31, 2009. All travel must be completed by February 28, 2009.

9. All elements of the prize, including flights, are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Flights are not eligible for frequent flyer point accrual.

10. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.

11. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

12. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Air New Zealand and Classic New Zealand Wine Trail.
