WHAT'S IT ABOUT? An underground extreme sports table tennis tournie! It's essentially Dodgeball with table tennis with a wee bit of Enter The Dragon thrown in for good measure. Yup, 'tis mad.
ANY GOOD? Hmm, the premise should have resulted in something magnificent, but it's still engrossing and silly, and Christopher Walken's creepy old Chinese man is worth a look.
