• Employees of Silverjet, and related companies, their families and agents are not eligible to participate in the free prize draw.
• Prize draw gift consists of 2 return flights (including taxes, fees and charges) from London Luton Airport, Newark Airport or Dubai International Airport. Both free tickets must be used at the same time for inbound and outbound flights.
• The winner will be drawn at random from all new entries (newsletter subscriptions) on a monthly basis, until the promotion end date (29 February, 2008) and will be notified via email one day after the draw.
• If, for any reason, the winning email address rejects the email (more than 3 times in one day), then a new winner will be chosen at random the following day.
• If tickets are not booked within 28 days of the winner being notified, a new winner will be selected and the original winner’s tickets will be forfeited.
• Once claimed, travel must be completed by 31 March 2008.
• Priority will always been given to paying customers. Customers traveling with "free tickets" may be denied boarding if the flight is overbooked on arrival at departure lounge. A seat will be offered on the next available flight.
• Once free tickets are booked they are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value if not used.
• By entering the free prize draw winners confirm their agreement to take part in any associated publicity.
• Silverjet reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise out of its control.
