Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over, except employees and their immediate families of Otto, their agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The promotion is open from 26th November 2007 until 21st December 2007 (inclusive). The game will be live from 9:00am until 9:00pm every day. If you enter outside of these hours you will be entered into the next daily play.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. How to enter, all consumers are required to register to play Log onto https://www.olipasstheparcel.co.uk and register
   
   1. Online orderers: After placing an order with oli.co.uk you will be sent an email confirmation of your transaction. This email will include an entry code which you will be required to enter to register to play
   2. Telephone orderers: After placing an order with Oli over the phone you will be given an entry code. You will be required to enter this to register to play
   3. Email recipients: An email will be sent to you by Oli that includes an entry code. You will be required to enter this code to register to play
   4. Send to a friend: A friend may recommend the game to you and there will be a entry code on an email sent to you. You will be required to enter this code to register to play. Your email address will have been screened against the Promoter's suppression lists to ensure that you are not sent an email if you have previously asked not to be contacted by the Promoter.
   5. Register for Oli email updates: After signing up to receive Oli email updates, Oli will email you an entry code.
5. Only one entry per person per day. You will remain in the game until the game closes at 9:00pm each day or until you win, whichever is soonest. Only one prize per person per day.
6. Spammers and entries received to the same address with different email addresses will be disqualified.
7. Prize winners will be notified using the email details provided.
8. The prize winners will be selected randomly each day. There are 80 prizes per day. A total of 2080 prizes will be given away.1 prize will be given away every 9 minutes.
9. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prizes are:

10. Oli reserves the right to substitute any prize for another prize of equal value if circumstances make this unavoidable.
11. Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours if they have won. Winners have 21 days to claim their prize by giving their address details or an alternative winner will be picked.
12. If Oli are unable to contact winners within 21 days of their draw the Promoter is entitled to regard the relevant prize award as cancelled and choose another winner.
13. The prize will be sent out within 28 days of the claim date of when Oli have validated the prize, postcode and email address with you.
14. Winners will be required to take part in any publicity.
15. Entrants will be given the option to "opt in" to further communication from "Oli". By opting in, the participant gives permission for Oli to communicate with them during and after the promotional period. If at any time participants do not wish to receive further communication via email or post from the Promoter then a call should be placed to 0844 55 65 654 to advise the Promoter of this.
16. Limitations of liability. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for
    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty electronic data transmissions
    2. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion
    3. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion
    4. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof
    5. Any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer or any other property which maybe be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion
    6. If the promotion or the website is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer, virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in whole or in part
17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
18. Conduct of participation. By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found tampering with the code process or the operation of the promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these terms and conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
19. Winners' names and counties will be available on request by sending an SAE to Oli SG, 12 Margaret Street, London W1W 8JQ after the 4th January 2008.
20. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters.
