Radio Times, 12 issues for £1, then £15 every six months (26 issues).

Normal discounted rate is £20 every six months. So this is a good deal, especially the first twelve issues for £1.
EDIT:
For thoses of you who subscribed in december should phone up now and cancel then resubscribe again so u only end up paying £1 not £15

Its also possible to do a gift sub so have got 12 weeks for me and 12 weeks for my mum for £2.00!
might even go for 6 months for £15 after the cheap 12 weeks ends and cancel the Saturday paper as never read it all and mainly use it for the tv guide!0 -

The OP should have stated where they got the info from since this deal is for Virgin Media customers only.
Whether they can/will check is another matter.
