  I can't enter as the number to enter at the bottom is just 8 zero's but it says that's wrong when i submit

  Yep I had the same problem. Just keep trying to resubmit and eventually it should give you a proper number.

  When you opt out of the e-newsletter, you have to un-tick the Yes as well as ticking the No.
