9. The top prize does not include travel insurance and transfers to the departure point in the UK and the Winner is responsible for all other costs or arrangements not specified herein.
10. The holiday can be taken up until 1 November 2008, excluding Christmas, Easter and all Bank Holidays.
11. All dates are subject to availability at time of booking.
12. It is the responsibility of those traveling to ensure they have valid documentation for travel including up to date passports.
13. No cash or other alternative prize is available and the prize must be taken by the Winner in person unless specifically otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter.
