Terms and conditions


1. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Orange, Continental AG, United Internet Media (UIM) and any of their subsidiaries, their families, any agents and anyone professionally associated with this competition.
2. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these rules.
3. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
4. To enter, select which country is NOT hosting the UEFA EURO 2008TM championships, before 10am on 30 November 2007. Alternatively, to be entered into the competition free of charge please send a postcard in a sealed down envelope with your name, age and address to Continental UEFA EURO 2008 TM Competition '1', PO Box 34269, London, NW5 3WH. No purchase necessary. Customers may enter as many times as they wish.
5. Tickets for UEFA EURO 2008 TM are not for a specific game. The decision on the game will take place in January 2008 by Continental.
6. The winner will be selected at random by an independent observer at Orange. The winner will receive a letter/email from Orange informing they have been successful. The winners hereby consent to Orange passing their names and contact details to Continental to enable Continental to contact the winners. Continental will then send the winners an official letter with the UEFA EURO 2008 TM ticket voucher.
7. In February 2008 all winners will receive information from Continental on the UEFA EURO 2008 TM match they will attend.
8. In May 2008 the winners will receive information where they can pick up their tickets. No UEFA EURO 2008 TM tickets will be sent out.
9. The competition winner will receive a pair of tickets to a UEFA EURO 2008 TM match (see point 5). All other expenses including without limited transfers to and from the venue (to be confirmed) must be paid for by the individuals.
10. UIM/Continental/Orange shall not be responsible for entries that are not received by email.
11. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for the prize. The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
12. Continental's decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Continental reserves the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
14. The prize winner may be required to participate in some publicity as a condition of receiving the prize.
15. The prize winner' name and county will be available on request by emailing the sport editor.
