1. Free Prize draw runs from 16th November – 16th January 2008.
2. This promotion is open to all residents in participating country (UK) aged over 18, excluding staff and immediate families of Dare2b and their selected stockists and all those professionally associated with the promotion.
3. Entry is free and is via the https://www.dare2b.com website or by completing an entry form at the Chill Factore Dare2b store.
4. Internet access and a valid email address are required for on-line entries.
5. Simply visit the Chill Factore store and complete an entry form in-store, or visit the website, complete the online entry form with your details and submit the information. Only one entry per person is allowed.
6. All entries must be received by midnight on 16th January 2008.
7. The winners will be selected in a random draw of all eligible entrants, on 23rd January 2008 under the supervision of an independent.
8. Winners will be notified using the information provided within 7 days from the draw date, and must respond to such notification within a further 14 days, otherwise the promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select another winner for that prize.
9. The Prize: There is one top prize of a 4 day trip for two to Ice Lodge / Bjorligard Hotel including a Husky Safari and some Skiing Passes. The winner will be able to select from a range dates between January and April, subject to availability of flights etc. The average value of the holiday will be between £1000.00 and £1200.00. If the winner cannot travel during these dates we can offer them another holiday of equal value. The prize includes two return economy flights from the either Manchester or Heathrow airport.
10. Please note that travel from home to local airport, meals, travel insurance (which is mandatory) and other costs will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
11. The winner and their guest, who must both be over 18 at time of travel, will be responsible for ensuring that they have a valid EU passport.
12. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or part and the prize is non-transferable.
13. Travel once booked cannot be changed or transferred.
14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
15. By entering the promotion participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in a forfeit of the prize.
16. A list of winners will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope to “Dare2b Ice lodge” Winners List, Risol House, Mercury Way, Dumplington, Urmston, Manchester M41 7RR, within 6 weeks of the closing date of the promotion.
17. The Promoter may require the winner to provide additional information for age verification purposes.
18. The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity as specified by the Promoter.
19. The Promoter cannot be held liable for IT system failures or delays or loss of entries.
20. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reject an entry/entries.
21. This promotion is operated under the rules and regulations of the UK sales promotions industry.
22. The Promoter decisions in all matters will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
