Hi all

No idea where to post this , so hopefully if this is wrong the mods will move it, but just wanted to share this link to a petition I found ( on a facebook group), if anyone is interested!!

    Here, here. Mind you, most of the establishment (the financial establishment certainly) would like to see him crowned! Personally, I think he should be canonized: St. Martin of ICICI? Unfortunately, it might have a been a good idea for the petitioner to have specified which Martin Lewis.
    The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

    There is only one Martin Lewis, the name is a registered Trademark.

    Just glad my parents named me Joe, otherwise it could be in trouble :D

    I was pleased to add my name to this petition on Monday. Just surprised there have been so few others to do the same. How can we make this more prominent and get a better response?

    i'm not sure - i too thought more would have added. this is a lesser visited part of the forums than others but seemed the most appropriate place to put it - can't really put it in grabbits or anything, where more would see it cos it isn't a grabbit!

    Edit: I've just posted it over in " the arms" so hopefully will get some more views!

    It really is time to get my eyes tested again. I initially read the thread as Permission to Knit Martin. :rotfl:

    However, having now read the heading correctly I'm more than happy to sign the petition. I can't knit anyway, so couldn't attempt to knit a Martin. :p
    The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

    I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
