Terms and Conditions

This Prize draw is run by TMN plc in conjunction with our website plum-offers.

plum-offers is a UK site and unless otherwise stated all prize draws offered are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of TMN plc, their families and anyone else who is professionally associated with the draw.

Entry into the prize draw will be given for the completion of the plum-offers registration form. Every time you interact with our advertisers, plum-offers will reward you by giving you more Entries/Plums (1 plum = 1 entry) into the prize and hence increasing your chance of winning. All valid entries will go into the draw.

The Closing Date for the Volkswagon Beetle is 2008-06-27.
Winners will be selected at random by computer within 7 days after closing date and notified by email within 72 hours.
Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before prizes are dispatched.
Winners may be required to participate in promotional and PR activities at the time of receiving the prize. If the winner refuses Plum-offers reserve the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.

The prize will consist of a Volkswagon Beetle or a cash alternative.
If the winner chooses the Volkswagon Beetle we will place the order and advise the winner of the delivery date at that time. If the winner chooses the cash alternative, a cheque will be posted within 28 days of the prize winner being confirmed.
If an advertised prize is no longer available at the time of awarding the prize we will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Further alternative prizes may be added during course of this prize draw promotion. The image shown is for illustrative purposes only

Winners may be included in publicity material, and entry to the prize draw implies acceptance of this fact. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of each draw. Contact details supplied must include a valid email address, as this is how we will contact winners.

Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeit, unclaimed prizes will be redrawn after 30 days of the original draw. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By submitting personal information and preferences, each visitor to plum-offers agrees to receive offers related to their preferences. Such offers will be sent only by plum-offers, its sponsors or its clients.

There are several tempting offers / comps / freebies on this site but again i would personally stay away.
    Thoughts:

The surest sign that there is intelligent life in the universe is that they haven't contacted us yet:D

  • To the op - we don't usually post these types of comps, although there's no rule to stop it. If you're going to post a lot of these though it might be worth putting a warning in the op for any new compers who don't know about all the spam and phone calls they'll get - at least that way they can make their own mind up whether to enter or not.

If you are going to post these, there are probably hundreds of them - they offer just about every prize known to man! :)

I'd prefer not to have them on here tbh, that's one of the reasons why this place is so great, that regulars are always on hand to warn of bad eggs and dodgy t&cs. Newbies don't know who to avoid and what to look for.

    Thanks for posting though.

I'd agree with that - the same goes for the Lancome one you posted. There's nothing to stop you posting them if you really want to, but we don't usually have them on here, & I prefer it that way :)
