PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
The winner will be the first order form or in the case of telephone and online orders, the first transcribed entry, to be drawn at random on 21st March 2008.
No purchase is required to enter. Telephone entrants not ordering should call 0845 676 7778 to register their entry. Postal entrants not ordering should return the coupon completing their personal details only.
Closing date for entries: 7th March 2008
The prize is one week for two people on a bed and breakfast basis. Transfers, travel insurance and airport tax are not included. Both adult passengers must be aged 18 and over and hold a valid passport and, if applicable visas. While every effort is made to ensure all prize draw details are correct at time of going to press, IPC cannot be held responsible for incorrect prize details supplied by the supplier of the prize. The prize must be accepted as offered. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and there is no cash or credit of an alternative value. In the event of the prize being unavailable, IPC reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The prize is valid for a year from the draw date. The prize excludes Christmas, New Year and Easter periods, Bank Holidays and the month of August 2008. The rest of the year will remain subject to availability. The winner will be notified by post no later then 12th April 2008. The independent judge’s decision is final. No correspondence can be entered into and no entry returned. The name of the prize winner will be made available after 12th April 2008 to those enclosing a S.A.E to the address below. Persons involved in the promotion and execution of the draw, employees of IPC Media Ltd and their relatives are not eligible for entry, neither are persons under the age of 18 nor persons resident outside the UK. The winner will be the first entry drawn after the closing date. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
