I have started making a Xmas cake - we've been challenged at work to make one by the 16th Dec fully iced and marzipaned. I have never made a cake in my life so this should be interesting...............oh and we all have to follow the same recipe.
The fruit mix is in the fridge as we speak, soaking up hubby's brandy.......If you wait for perfect conditions, nothing would ever get done! :T
