Picture of my birthday hamper. Need a poem. HELP PLEASE!

Morning everyone,
Its my friends birthday at the start of December and I've made this hamper for her (hope she likes it)
Contents :
Personalized mug - Truprint £1.99
Happy birthday Me to You teddy - Carboot - 20p
Pots of smelly salts - Tesco £2
Cat diary - 99p shop
Olay hand cream - boots (free with voucher)
I also have make up that was free with a mag subscription (just need an organza bag from ebay - anyone recommend a seller?) and 2 jelly baby shaped soaps from ebay.
I have racked my brains to come up with a really nice poem to print with a nice font onto nice A5 printed card (yet to get) and thought this would look nice laminated and placed at the lid. Then I'm going to wrap it up in cellophane roll.
I would like to the poem to say something along the lines of 'how good a friend she is' etc etc... and if anyone is REALLY clever could they include the 'Me to You' phrase?

That's a lovely hamper - I love the cute kitten diary
I recently bought some prettty gold organza bags from this seller on ebay : http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Sashas-Jewels
They're about 220 x 150mm in size (I was pleased with this, as I'd only found titchy ones before) and I used them as party bags for my teenage daughter's party. They're lovely quality, and not too expensive.0
