Couple of tins of Beer, spirits (though not sure how that works being diabetic)
Movie Trivia game.

I hate to say this but as a fellow diabetic don't bother with diabetic food - much better for him to have the real thing in little doses - I'm going to give you a link to the Diabete's UK site which should help you in making your hamper:
http://www.diabetes.org.uk/Guide-to-diabetes/Guide_to_Diabetes_Archived_pages/Christmas-2007/Enjoying_yourself_at_Christmas/Christmas_hamper_ideas/
Please note where they say: 'Special or 'diabetic' foods are not recommended'
See here: http://www.diabetes.org.uk/Guide-to-diabetes/Guide_to_Diabetes_Archived_pages/Christmas-2007/Enjoying_yourself_at_Christmas/Festive_food_guide/
To see what Diabetes UK (The UK diabetes charity) has to say about so called 'Diabetic Foods'.
